Revision Summary

The function of the IC card access application is extended to deal with contactless IC smart card. The Application Type "payment" dealing with billing and settlement and the Contents Type "dsrc privateSpot text/image" offering information services to such vehicles at low-speed operation or halt at parking areas are added to the push-type information delivery application.
